Site Manager Improvements

Kitchen slip form layout

The kitchen slip which is printed at the kitchen printer when an order is placed can now be designed in the graphical form layout editor. A default form has also been added to the system form layouts. The system form layout looks the same way as the coded receipt was in the Hospitality service.A new section called "Hospitality" was added to the form layout designer that stores the variables that apply only hospitality information.

Inventory improvements

Performance and posting status

• Greatly improved the performance when working with purchase worksheets.
• It is no longer possible to post or send purchase orders or transfer orders while processing is done on the document.
  Also, the processing status is displayed when viewing the purchase order or transfer order.
• Added processing status for purchase orders and transfer orders. Posting or sending cannot be triggered on those documents when they are doing any kind of processing.

Purchase orders

• The Post and Receive action did not work in purchase orders. This was fixed.
• Fixed an issue where the VendorID was displayed on the purchase order report instead of the VendorItemID

Purchase worksheets

• Fixed an issue causing unit conversion to not work when creating purchase worksheets.
• A purchase worksheet was not created automatically after adding a purchase order template.

Inventory journals

• A bug has been fixed in Site Manager where multiple inventory journals could not be deleted at once
• Inventory journals view now shows only open journals by default.

Inventory template

• When creating an inventory template by copying an existing template, the template type was overridden

ONE-10070		Two new variables called "Sales text" and "Sales text copy" have been added to the form layout designer. These variables work the same as the "Return text" variables where the text that is entered into the variable "Sales text" is printed when the sale is a normal sale and the "Sales text copy" when a copy of the receipt is being printed. The "Return text" variables are printed when the sale is a return sale (as before).

ONE-9774		When the item card for a variant item was opened the variant item information was not displayed properly in the Site Manager header. This has been fixed
ONE-9974		Reports that were displaying staff id are now displaying the user login instead of staff id. In the SQL queries a bug was fixed where the staff id and user login were joined incorrectly.
