Upgrade SAP Business One integration

LS One release 2019.1 comes with a new version of the SAP Business One Integration Package, version 2.0.0. It contains breaking changes related to the unit of measure improvements.

In the new version, the LS One unit of measure id is mapped to SAP Business One's UoMEntry field from OUOM table instead of UoMCode.

Since all inventory management is done in SAP Business One the update to LS One to SAP Business One Integration Package v2.0.0 is straight-forward:

  1. disable all SAP Business One jobs in Site Manager
  2. add the new DeleteUnitConversions parameter to All from SAP Business One and Items from SAP Business One
  3. import the new LSR.lsone v2.0.0 package into SAP Business One Integration Framework
  4. delete all records from PRICEDISCTABLE table in LS One database
  5. run All from SAP Business One job
  6. do a full normal replication for the item master data from HQ to the stores/terminals
  7. re-enable all SAP Business One jobs in Site Manager

In case of a large import, check index fragmentation on PRICEDISCTABLE and UNITCONVERT tables in LS One database and optionally reorganize or rebuild the indexes
