Update scheduler data for version 2019
In this version of LS One there are no new tables added that require data replication. But there are some new fields in existing tables so when you update to version 2019 from 2017.2 you only need to do a read database design.
Run Site Manager version 2019 and log in to your database.

When you do this the first time your database will be upgraded to 2019 version. Make sure to take a backup before updating the database. New tables and fields are added to your database.
- Go to Tools > Replication Settings > Distribution locations. Open the location from where you manage your replication and scheduling.
- In the right hand navigation press Read design
- Select Tables and fields and Update existing database design options and press OK.
- Now the Data Director will run through your database design and update it to include all new fields and tables.
Other default replication data improvements
Because of some troubles in older versions we did some adjustments on the default replication package that you might want to do on your data pack also:
There were three N-jobs in the default replication data package. We created action jobs for the following tables:
A-POSISFORMLAYOUT
A-POSISIMAGES
A-POSISTILLLAYOUT
Then we removed the N-jobs from the POS settings job and added the newly created A-jobs instead.
The Users job had been causing some troubles for some of our customers. We have therefore created action jobs for the following tables and added them to the Users job:
A-USERGROUPS
A-USERPERMISSION
A-USERS
A-USERSINGROUP
So now the users job should look like this:
