Release notes LS One 2021 SP2
We are pleased to announce the release of LS One 2021 SP2 which includes bugfixes for LS One 2021 release and improved functionality in the hospitality when the Site Service connection is lost while updating an order.

Hospitality improvements
When a hospitality POS lost the connection to the Site Service the Kitchen display system could be updated but the central table manament never got the update to the transaction.
Therefore we have improved the workflow when the Site Service is down. Changes that have been made

We prevent the user to being able to open a table if the Site Service connection is down.

The Site Service connection is checked before editing an order and finalizing it with a payment or sending it to the Kitchen.

If one Terminal has permanently lost the connection to the Site Service when a table was open resulting in the table being locked and no other POS being able to edit or finalize the transaction. We have added a hospitality operation that you can add to your Hospitality login menu to release the lock on the table. This will loose any changes that had been made to the order and have not been updated to the table layout.

We made sure that if the POS that lost the connection to the Site Service and was opened up by another terminal and edited, cannot save the changes that were made during the time the Site Service was down.
